Groups & Workshops

Group counseling can be a helpful way to increase support either in conjunction with individual counseling or as a standalone treatment.

Young Adult Support Group

A virtual group for young adults ages 18-26. This group focuses on creating a space to:

  • Learn coping skills for anxiety, depression, and general stress

  • Process difficult emotions and stressors

  • Connect with others to decrease feelings of isolation and loneliness

Meets weekly at 12-1pm on Fridays

In addition to individual and group counseling, I run mental health workshops focused on a specific topic. In the past I have run a workshop on Meditation & Mandala making.

I am also available to run workshops and/or presentations on different mental health topics to schools, workplaces, or other communities. If you are interested in collaborating, please reach out.
