In my work with children, I utilize play and expressive art modalities to target these issues that children may face. In my work with teens, I integrate creative expressive counseling modalities alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address these issues. Creative approaches, such as art, journaling, and role-playing, allow teens to express emotions that may be difficult to verbalize, helping them gain insight and foster self-awareness. CBT helps identify and challenge negative thought patterns, while DBT provides skills for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.

My holistic approach tailors interventions to each individual, addressing mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and supporting clients no matter where clients are in their journey to build resilience, self-esteem, and healthier coping strategies for a more fulfilling life.
